About me
I was born in Brampton, Ontario, and started drawing for a living at 14, designing T-shirts for sporting events and clothing companies. At 17 I was teaching drawing at a local night school. A year later I enrolled at Sheridan College to study animation.
After my first year I was recruited by Sullivan Bluth Studios in Ireland, where I was promoted to Directing Animator. In 1994 I moved to Phoenix as one of the original staff of Fox Animation Studios. I was one of the main leads on Anastasia, then Animation Director for the character animation on Bartok the Magnificent and Titan A.E.
When Fox Animation closed in 2000, I set up my own studio with business partner James Stoyanof. My work since covers feature films, television, games, shorts and commercials, from storyboard and development through post-production. I also illustrate children’s books and sculpt.
